What is the 30 Day Guarantee?

30 Day No Obligation and No Commitment Guarantee - If you are not 100% convinced that ARCOMANS will save you time in office management, and within 30 days you are still not satisfied, we will offer a complete refund when your removal code is submitted to us. How do I find the removal code in order to receive my money back as stated in the 30 day guarantee?

Start the program and wait for activation dialog box to pop-up. Select "Remove license" radio button, enter your original activation code and press "Continue " button. Press OK to approve license removal process. Removal code dialog box will pop-up. Please be sure to write down removal code as soon as you are done. As stated above, this is NEEDED to receive free activation.

Q: Why and/or When to remove the license
Why and/or When should I remove my license?
A:
License should be removed in case you decide to move your license to another computer. You should also remove your license before you format hard drive, flash motherboard bios, erase all files from hard disk, install new OS or before doing any other operation which can change initial Site/MID code. As soon as you reinstall our product send us the new Site/MID codes together with the valid Removal code. New activation code will be issued to you afterwards.
Q: Can't find/access removal code for new activation
Can I receive a new activation code without valid removal code?
A:
We will accept requests for new activation codes without valid removal code for previous license only if you were not able to remove your license because of:
1. Accidental disk format or deletion of files. 2. Virus attack resulting in disk format. 3. Any software caused computer crash resulting in reinstallation of operating system. 4. Hard drive hardware failure.
Please Note that Creative Mountain Software, LLC has the right to NOT grant your request for a new activation code if you do not provide sufficient information in regards to your need (why you need a new code).
Q: I need a new code
What if I need a new activation code for ARCOMANS?
A:
You may request for new activation code (already activated license) Please note that there are only two ways for getting a new activation code for free:
1. By providing valid removal code for original license. 2. By providing new site/mid code from original computer after software or hardware repair.
In order to get new activation code you should remove previous license by using license removal feature and than use this form to submit valid removal code together with new Site/MID code.
Q: How to Activate
How do I activate my Full Version of ARCOMANS?
A:
After the successful installation of our product you should run the main application in order to obtain Site code and MID code values for your computer. We need these codes for calculation of your activation (init) code. When you start the main application, the activation dialog box will pop-up and you will be prompted to enter a valid activation code. Site and MID code values are located at the upper part of this dialog box. Use the button to submit Site code and Machine ID (MID) values. As soon as we receive and check submitted data a valid activation code will be sent to you. You can also send an e-mail to support@creativemtnsoftware.com with all required information. Please Note: We will send your activation code within 48 hours from receipt of your Site code and MID code.

Which Version of the program is the Demo?
A:
The Demo is the same version as ARCOMANS Enterprise, but with limitations applied.
Q: Limitations of the Demo Version of ARCOMANS
What are the limitations of the Demo version of ARCOMANS?
A:
The Demo Version of ARCOMANS has a 30 day limitation. In the Demo you can create up to 2 customers (the Demo version has 2 customers already entered, if you want to see how it works, delete one of them and enter one of your own customers), up to 5 Contractors/Companies, and up to 2 Projects. Everything else is fully functional. To view more information about the Demo Limitations see the "HELP" file within the software.
Q: Importing into QuickBooks
Is there a way to import my client names, subcontractors/vendors, etc from QuickBooks or Outlook without having to re-enter all the data?
A:
Yes, see the help files in ARCOMANS and go to "Importing Contacts into ARCOMANS". Note: Once you import files you must keep the names/company the same in order to export info back into QuickBooks.
Q: Templates/Reports
Can you create a custom report or template for my needs?
A:
ARCOMANS software development team is happy to create custom reports based on the needs of our individual buyers/clients. We have developed many of the reports you find in our software today based on recommendations and needs of architect firms. Simply contact us if we do not have a template or report you would like to see implemented. Please be aware that there may be an additional fee charged per report/template.
Q: ARCOMANS use of the official CSI standards
How is ARCOMANS organized? Does it relate to official CSI standards and where can I find a resource for more information regarding CSI division standards?
A:
See the ARCOMANS help files and go to "Organization of Content". There is a list of the Masterformat Divisions. There is also a customized list that ARCOMANS has adopted. ARCOMANS also allows you to edit and add your own standards. You can find a more detailed division list at www.gpcsa.org/ipin2/CSIDivisions.asp.
Q: Trouble with Viewing Buttons
Some of my buttons and boxes around the text appear black, and it's hard to see the numbers or which button to select. What should I do?
A:
Right click on your desktop and select "Properties", choose the "Appearance" tab, under color scheme select "default blue". Apply/save.
Q: QuickBooks Integration
I'm having trouble getting the QuickBooks to interface with ARCOMANS. Am I missing something?
A:
In most cases you are probably missing the QuickBooks Interface Installer. To correct this problem, download/run the QuickBooks Interface Installer. Restart ARCOMANS, then go to File > QuickBooksTM Console, and follow directions on screen. If you are still having problems, try the HELP files, or contact us for support.
